PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

     Boone Fordham                              ~Founder

           On August 2, 2013 I got married to my lovely wife Rosalea. I soon came to the realization that after 25 years on this planet I was never going to become anything more than the 5'9" 130lb soaking wet individual I was unless I did something about it. Not being involved much in sports when I was younger, I never really got into being regularly physically active. As I grew older, falling into the rut of work as most of us do and my love for video games didn't help much either.

           On August 5th, 2013 I contacted a good friend of mine who's also a personal trainer and told him I was tired of wishing for it and was ready to work for it. I had an initial goal of reaching 150lbs in 6 months and little did I know how amazing the jounrey would be. So much so that I became a personal trainer myself and now am able to share the knowledge I've learned over the past few years to dozens of people.

You can't manage what you don't measure. So in order for you to truly achieve your goals, you have to know what it is you want and why. Once you know that, FOE Training's customized programs will steer you in the right direction and help you become the best version of yourself.
